Official Rules:

1. Ball Purchases:

   • All challenge balls must be purchased at the Bartram Trail Pro Shop.

   • There is no limit to the number of balls a participant may purchase—the more you swing, the better your chances!

   • Challenge balls are non-refundable.

2. Location of Shot:

   • All shots must be taken from the designated tee located by the pavilion deck.

   • Shots taken from any other area will be disqualified.

3. Hole-In-One Requirements:

   • The ball must land directly in the cup or roll into the cup on the floating green in the pond to be considered a valid hole-in-one.

   • Bounces, ricochets, or rolls onto the green without landing in the hole do not qualify.

4. Video Evidence:

   • The entire shot must be captured on video, showing:

     • The player hitting from the designated tee

     • The ball in flight

     • The ball landing or rolling directly into the cup

   • Videos must be submitted to Bartram Trail staff immediately following the successful shot for verification.

   • Staff will confirm authenticity and validity of the footage before declaring a winner.

5. Prize Payout:

   • The current hole-in-one bounty is $2,500, awarded to the first verified winner.

   • If no hole-in-one is made, the prize may increase monthly, at the club’s discretion.

6. Eligibility & Conduct:

   • Participants must comply with all Bartram Trail Golf Club rules and maintain respectful conduct.

   • The club reserves the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike behavior, unsafe play, or attempts to circumvent the challenge rules.
